These terms apply when you book a safari or use the website of Leopard Paw Safaris.

1. Who we are

Leopard Paw Safaris is a safari company based in Nairobi, Kenya. Our office is at Portal Place House, Muindi Mbingu Street, Nairobi. Our registered business name is Leopard Paw Safaris Ltd.

2. Booking

Your booking is confirmed when we receive your 20% deposit. We will send you a written confirmation with your dates, tour and price.

3. Payment

The remaining 80% is due on the day your safari begins. You pay online through Pesapal, a secure payment service. Prices on the website are in US dollars ($). Park and reserve entry fees are included. Government taxes and VAT are not.

4. Cancellation

If you cancel, the cancellation fees in our Journey Policy apply. Cancelling earlier than 120 days carries the same 25% fee. The scale is 25% from 120 to 91 days before travel, 50% from 90 to 31 days, and 100% at 30 days or less.

5. Changes to your trip

We may change your itinerary if weather, road conditions, park closures or safety make it necessary. We will tell you as early as we can and offer the closest alternative. If weather or a park closure stops a tour, you are refunded for that activity.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us correct names and contact details, follow your guide’s safety advice, and respect park rules and wildlife. Age limits are listed on each tour page. For example, the 4-Day Private Maasai Mara Safari takes guests aged 5 to 75. Child prices are set when you enquire, because hotels charge different rates.

7. Our responsibility

We take care in planning every safari. Wildlife is wild, so we cannot promise any animal sighting. We are not responsible for loss, injury or delay caused by events outside our control, such as weather, illness, strikes or government action. Please look after your belongings during the trip.

8. Website use

The text and photos on this website belong to Leopard Paw Safaris or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking us first.
