Cancellation policy
If you cancel, the fee depends on how many days remain before your travel date.

| 120 to 91 days | 25% |
| 90 to 31 days | 50% |
| 30 days or less | 100% |
Cancelling earlier than 120 days before travel carries the same 25% fee. Any refund of your deposit follows this scale.
If weather or a park closure stops a tour, you are refunded for that activity.
